Spent most of my twenties in finance — M&A at Daiwa, then commercial at Aktis Strategy.

Six years as Co-Founder and COO of Land App: built it from zero to ~£1m ARR, 20k users, and EBITDA profitability before stepping out in 2023.

Now I split my time between fractional advisory at early-stage SaaS and using AI to build the small tools I actually want. BaseFuel is the first.
